The login is simple but I much preferred the previous version. The layout made more sense, didn’t take up any unnecessary space, and looked better. ### 3/5 — New App *2024-03-19, version 3.6.0* The new updated app is great and very user friendly. Also, when transferring between accounts, the account picker is very poor UX. Works seamlessly, no dropping out or hanging. Ability to lock cards is great. Thumbs up, Hume 👍 ### 4/5 — Very good functionality *2017-05-29, version 2.0.0* Lots of new features added in, especially the abilities to lock or unlock a card when searching for it, as well as being able to change the pin of the card at any given time. Slow to login and out. It’s down more often than available. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-03-25, version 3.6.0* Not liking the new app at all - I’ve set up the quick balance several times but it keeps losing the setup 🙄 ### 1/5 — Frustrated by Update *2024-03-20, version 3.6.0* The new update means you cannot see a calendar of dates for future payments, you cannot see which day of the week the dates relate to so you need to have a calendar available to schedule payments on a certain day of the week. Cannot switch between apps with Hume bank shutting down and logging out. Cannot use bpay without memorising all details because it shuts down! Cannot put loan application in because “error”! The bigger banks apps are so much better! Still not 100% exactly what I wanted to achieve but I am happy I can now navigate my way through things and for that Im grateful. 5 stars given for support and the fact I love the bank too as they are always most helpful. ### 5/5 — All fixed!! *2025-09-23, version 4.1.1* I rearrange my accounts in order of preference & they stay that way whilst the app is open. When I close it & re-open it’s back to the former un-arranged list. Yet my wife’s app remembers her rearranged list. What’s going on? Thanks for the reply.
