Prior to Hume I never saw and difference on the scale and would become disappointed. Trying to balance calorie count apps and wonder when I should eat was tiring. Now everything is in the one App. I can see the results and take advantage of current workout methods, nutrition guidance and soon… my sleep and metabolism will be mapped!
