Before we signed up I was told I could video conference with someone whenever I had issues and that I would be answered within a couple hours if I ever had questions. When I have sent questions in it has often took 48 hours to answer and I was told they are too busy with end of year questions to video conference right now so I just had to email them and wait for an answer. When there are payroll deadlines I don’t have 24-48 hours to wait for an answer through email as my payroll will be late and I will be charged fees or my employees are not receive their pay in time. Very disappointed in Humi, I will likely be switching payroll providers again. ### 1/5 — Crashes after entering MFA code *2024-05-02, version 1.1.1* Completely unusable, it consistently crashes when you try to login.
