I’ve listened to most of the tracks now, and find them really helpful. I use them to focus while I’m working. I also really find the Emotional Balance track to be very stabilizing. Also I’m not a person who naps very often, but one day I listened to a track when I was really upset, and I ended up falling asleep on the couch for a couple hours…woke up feeling amazing afterwards! Highly recommend!
