Full 100% batteries in blind, no routines set now just permanent lowered blind - save your money. AVOID

Blinds are good but software is terrible.
Latest version 1.7 of app and just bought blinds,
Works ok if you ate within 1m of blinds
But if you move 2m it loses connection.
Wake up in the morning and want to open blinds - no chance! First go to blinds stand within 1m for 30 seconds until it restores connection and then open! Terrible!

Somfy switch behaves same way, located within 1m to blinds, but rarely works straight away, only after you bring your mobile closely and open app on your iphone.

Good hardware, terrible software.
Sent email to dev support and getting no reply after several days of waiting. So support is terrible too.

Perfect on the iPhone but poor thing on the iPad.

It will run on the iPad but it’s clearly designed for the iPhone only.

Please can you sort this? I have a wall mounted iPad in landscape and your app won’t rotate plus looks rubbish scaled up.

Set up is fine, functions are good but it keeps disconnecting so does not control the blinds. Installed on two different devices and neither works. Useless app.

Quick to connect but then loses connection. Also schedule tab doesn’t work at all

Connection was pretty quick but since ios12 it is very slow and often one of my 3 blinds doesn’t connect. 

Also there needs to be functionality to duplicate control across devices. So when set up on my phone I can share that set up with my wife’s without having to do it all from scratch scanning bar codes, naming blinds, setting up groups etc....

I like the blinds and the app works well. Integration with Siri Shortcuts would be good and a very welcome addition.

Update - I’ve emailed twice now requesting access to the beta as per the developers response and not had a reply.

I use the app to set a routine - my blinds open at the same time every morning and close at sunset. It works perfectly - I never have to use the app or the wall switch it just all works correctly as scheduled. On rare occasions if I need to use the app to open or close the blind it does take a second or two to find it, but that hasn’t bothered me. Overall it’s a great system that we are delighted with.
