This app is a game changer. I have been dealing with neck and shoulder pain for a while and the way we look at our phones really don’t help! This app allows you to track your posture and gives you reminders when your neck is not straight. Since downloading this app just a few weeks ago, I can noticeably feel the decrease in pain and stiffness. Also the app was created by one of the leading chiropractic doctors in south Florida!

This is a great app to support you maintaining a healthy posture. While you are concentrating on the activities on your device, your posture is not top of mind. Having the alerts pop up is a great constant reminder to adjust your posture. Over time your healthy posture will thank you. I would highly recommend that you tell your friends, coworkers and family about this app. Don’t forget to have the app running in the background so that you will get the alerts.

I have pretty good posture but I figured I’d give hunched a shot anyway. I was surprised to uncover how frequently I was actually staring down at my phone with poor posture. Hunched has made it super easy to correct my posture and track my progress over time.

I know my future self will thank me for using hunched.
