(6 day) instead of 5 days and I saw a blurb talking about 3-4 four days so I reached out to Hundy support and met an amazing person Named Carly. She was able to get my limit back up and after 3 days I was able to take a new loan. I can’t express enough thanks to her. Thanks Carly!!!! Hundy enables investors to invest $250-5,000 for 3, 6, or 9 month terms via promissory notes with annual interest rate yields at 5, 7, or 9%. In my opinion, Hundy is an excellent place for investors who are looking to earn an excellent and safe return. There are more investor features inside the app that will lead to additional returns on an investor’s money in the future. In addition to what I’ve stated above, the customer service team is excellent. They respond to emails very quickly and also keep you updated throughout the process of addressing your concerns. ### 5/5 — Love this app *2021-08-27* I got this app about 3 months ago and getting the loan was very easy! Then my child fell ill with covid and I lost my job. I wasn’t able to pay back my loan in time and the support team reached out to me. They were not rude to me! They did not demand instant repayment or threaten me in anyway! In fact they were kind, asked if there was any way they could help in my situation and encouraged me to reach out! I wrote them back immediately and let them know what was going on and what my struggles were and guess what?? THEY ACTUALLY LISTENED AND HELPED ME FORM A NEW PLAN THAT FITS MY INCOME NOW!! I’m super happy and so glad I found this app!! Thank you Hundy from me and my daughter!! Right when Hundy was to charge for my payment. I panicked. But they emailed me and I replied stating what happened and THEY WORKED WITH ME! Thankfully the bank issue was fixed and I was able to pay but the fact that they worked with little ole me has me speechless! I’ve tried several money lending apps and advance apps, & found that many are a bit shady & aggressive. Today I received an email from “Hundy”, (payoff due date ) but to my surprise, this was not an email letting me know that I was going to be hit with a late fee, or that I needed to get bill paid TODAY!!! No. It was them letting me know that they seen where my account has been hit quite hard this month (unauthorized transactions caused overdraft) & while my bank is working on this now & should be back in good standing any day now, they let me know that they extended my payoff date for another month, just to help me out & ease a bit of stress. That meant so much to me! I did NOT reach out to them about this, they came to ME & offered a helping hand, along with the comfort of letting me know that they are here if I shall need additional help with anything, to please let them know. In today’s world, this kindness is unheard of! I got a small loan of 100$ and they gave me up to 4 weeks to pay back, with a small fee every week payment is extended, I didn’t plan accordingly with my finances and didn’t have the money to pay back on my due date which landed on a Monday, I don’t get paid until Friday, so I emailed their customer support Sunday night asking for an extension until Friday, and by 9am Monday morning I already had an extension in my account and a friendly email expressing their appreciation of me being a happy customer.
