All my downloaded songs also seem to have disappeared. I wrote to hungama support and all I was told was to set the preferred language to English and then my ticket got closed. I upgraded to the premium version so have paid the full year’s subscription but can’t use the app. They don’t seem to test before releasing the app and then getting help seems to be hit and miss. Serious issues with the player. If you start a playlist, next song won’t start by itself until you open the app and play song by pressing the play button 2. Though you select HD streaming audio quality, it keeps playing low quality audios even if network is very good 3. Audio quality is nowhere near to apps like YouTube Music, Amazon music, Spotify etc. 4. It doesn’t allow me to edit profile, there is no option to edit mobile number 5. I had an issue with login on hungama. I raised a complaint and hungama team resolved my issue with utmost care and also compensated with the extended plan date. I love the music created playlist by hungana and also the feature that you can create your own playlist.
