The latest world opened, then went back to previous world after playing 3 levels. When it went back to new world days later, EVERY REWARD/tool I had were reset to ZERO. Between jars, spoons, rainbow forks, knives and more, I lost 300-400 rewards. Any idea how to reach customer support??? I’m getting link-run-around. Like others said, it was freezing and shutting down in the months before that. I am on level 3851. About a year or so ago I lost all of my stockpiled awards, spoons, forks, honey pots, rainbows, juice boxes, etc. How frustrating is that?!?! Now they have omitted the bonus levels like the Secret Garden where you could earn extra bonuses and free play time. I reached out to Storm8 support, but their reply was, “We have limited support services for Hungry Babies Mania and will not be able to respond to individual requests. We apologize for the inconvenience.” Sorry, Storm8 but this is more than an inconvenience. Hungry Babies has been a part of my life for 10 years. I beg you, please bring back the bonus levels and the ability to keep earned bonuses.
