I love the Hungry Girl Diet book and this makes the plan super easy to follow. Being able to create a food plan on the calendar that I can reference throughout the day and week is so helpful. I also love that it generates a grocery list. I can go down the list, checking off items I already have and then create a list from the items I still need instead of having to go through each recipe. The only thing I would love love love to see updated is adding in the choices from the companion cookbook, that would make my life that much easier. I thought maybe this app could take the place of a tracker like Fitness Pal. It can’t. At a minimum, I wish the HG app would give the recipe and nutritional values of the food options. To prove that people have the book, you could require them to log on and reference a specific word on a certain page. Or something like that. ### 4/5 — Helpful but needs updated *2019-01-05, version 1.1.4* I have found this app so helpful to my weight loss goals, and it is great with the first diet book, but it would be even better if it also gave options beyond the first month. The ability to include or add recipes from the Diet Cookbook as well as the other Hungry Girl cookbooks as well would be a huge help. It would be something that people would most likely be happy to pay for the upgrades for. Since a lot of her recipes are on the website it could be easy to link to those recipes to add the title and photo and grocery list to the dish.
