I play it daily but I hate the pizza side. It says you don’t do it percent because it doesn’t do it in the right order. I’ve lost my perfect streak challenge multiple times because of it. The burger levels are so fun and addicting. The burger shop is super fun which got me liking this game so much. When I started the pizza truck, I encountered various annoying glitches where it will count the pizza you are making as one of the last pizzas in the orders or sometimes wont even count your pizza at all. This has made the perfect streak within the pizza game essentially impossible and is quite annoying. Очень нравится режим с бургерами и режим с пиццей тоже классный… НО ПОЧЕМУ ПИЦЦЫ ПУТАЮТСЯ?? Если в заказе попадается две практически одинаковые пиццы, просто их порезать надо по-разному, то одна засчитывается за вторую, а вторая за первую, по итогу вместо звёздочки ставится галочка. Awesome game, extremely fun and addictive, but there is a bug that has been bothering me. I've saved up my gems to buy the "Chill Mode" but my customers are still getting mad really fast and I don't know of there is a way to activate it or something? Also when I watch ads to double profit sometimes I’m not getting rewarded after I watch the ad. ### 4/5 — Pizza Bug *2026-04-26, version 2.73* I'm having the same problem other people are reporting in the reviews where the pizza orders are being graded as not perfect even when they obviously are. I've had orders as simple as literally 2 pizzas with no toppings at all (including cheese or sauce), one small with 0 cuts and one large with 1 cut, that had a refund deducted. I originally was going to write a review to report this bug and also to say that the customers in the pizza levels run out of patience way too fast compared to the burger levels, even when I'm only 3 levels in and I haven't unlocked any decorations to slow that down. As I was typing it out though, I realized that the two things might be related, so I played a couple of levels to test it. On the pizza levels you can have a very simple (& quick) order where all the items are marked with a star and still have a refund deducted. I wondered if the customer's patience being low enough causes a refund by itself, so I tested it on a burger level where I knew I had everything perfect, and got a deduction there too. So I think the patience running out too quickly is causing some of the refunds. Because seriously it's ridiculous how fast it is. If I can't serve a single no topping pizza with 1 cut quickly enough to have the customer's patience above 70%, there's something wrong. But also there were definitely cases where pizzas were marked with a checkmark when they should have gotten a star, or when the wrong pizza was checked off on an order with multiple items. There was one order with 3 pizzas where the second two pizzas were both small with no toppings (again including cheese or sauce), one with 0 cuts & one with 1, and the first pizza was a large half & half with two toppings and 8 cuts. I boxed the first pizza and it marked off the second completely different pizza with a checkmark. The second pizza was then checked off as the third item when it would have gotten a star instead if it had registered correctly as the second item. Then the third pizza didn't cause the first item to be checked off at all. Obviously, this got a pretty hefty refund. (I also had a bug once on a burger level (only one time in ~30 levels) where an ingredient didn't render correctly on the list part of the order. There was just a white square instead, and I couldn't tell from the thumbnail part of the order what the ingredient was, so I couldn't complete the order perfectly. It was NOT the first level I played after unlocking any new ingredients and everything has shown correctly since. The item was 3 ingredients where the bottom one was the bugged one, the middle was red cabbage, and the top was either cucumbers or lettuce. The other ingredients I had unlocked were french fries, mozzarella sticks, burgers, buns, bacon, pineapple, tomato, and cheese. The customer was the monkey, so it was last order in the level. I have to wait and then I can swipe out of the game but then it doesn’t start back up, it starts you all the way over to the beginning of the day. ### 1/5 — Horrible update *2026-01-26* This game is so fun. I just updated the game and now it’s unplayable. The screen is like zoomed in so when you click on the wheel spin or upgrades or achievement, etc., you can’t click on the red x by the top bar. Also during gameplay there’s a new option for the menu and it covers the ingredients and makes it impossible for you to grab ingredients that are at the top. Hopefully these issues could be resolved in the next update, but I will no longer be playing until then. ### 2/5 — Addictive but frustrating *2026-06-30* Really fun but I got to level 5 (still on the burgers) and I can’t get pass. Not sure what this is. ### 2/5 — Super glitchy *2026-04-25* I enjoyed doing the first burger location and didn’t experience glitches. However, once I unlocked the second pizza location I’ve been experiencing so many issues. My “fireproof flavor” will not cook the pizzas for the correct amount of time, even when I do a perfect pizza it doesn’t register (no star or checkmark) that I made it, when I do make a perfect pizza sometimes I’ll just get checkmarks instead of the star for the perfect pizza. With the rewards boxes at the top of the screen, such as “get 150 fame” or “make 25 perfect pizzas” it’s constantly refreshing or not registering my progress. If I close the app and come back later, all progress for the boxed quests at the top of the screen will be deleted. It’s extremely frustrating. Also, unlike at the burger location, you cannot click on an itemized printed order receipt at the top left corner which was frustrating because the cheddar and pineapples look very similar. The first location was fun, but all these bugs make it not worth playing if my progress won’t even register in the game. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Amazing 🤩 but 😑 *2026-07-30* I love this game! I love how the critters are all designed in a certain way, I’m making orders and burgers and the tap & drag sequences is nice. I enjoy these simulation games because I’m a sucker for them. I do want to see how this game improves. Like even more ingredients or what not. Now…. I bought no ads for this and it doesn’t seem like it’s working as I thought. I believe it had less ads before but it would be nice if you added not seeing ads when redeeming additional rewards when it pops up the video ad icon. My only wish is that there were more levels beyond pizza — I flew through all the customer journeys and was bummed when I realized there wasn’t more content waiting. Hoping the devs add new food types soon because I’d keep playing for hours. But- *2026-05-02, version 2.73* I love the graphics, the art style and animations are so cool. I love having to make burgers and like salads and stuff. I love cooking games in general and this feeds my addiction. I even bought no ads. But one thing I want you to do is have an option to remove hints. It’s really, really, REALLY annoying to see them.😒. Like I don’t care if you see me taking my merry time. I want you to actually make this happen because other games have this option and it’s really a game changer. Other than that like, love the achievements, the gems, how you. A pick what you want, you got special costumers who want stuff. It’s a slow paced yet face challenge. But please, 🙏 I want the hints off. Another one is have an option where you can like, skip forced ads for getting additional rewards. Like, have it come with the pack of removing the normal ads. I feel like if there was a purchasable thing or something that will help us just get more gems. It’s really for the purple gems. There also shouldn’t be ads if you want to double the rewards. Have it be a thing where if you bought removed forced ads, again, no ads should be available. It’s becoming annoying about every time I claim a reward a pop up shows “hey you wanna watch an ad to get double rewards each time you claim one?” Like, no. I don’t, not all the time.
