I was always logged in and it saved my orders. All of that is done, replaced by this monstrosity of cloned webpages masquerading as a fully functioning app. The also got rid of Howie Deals which sucks. It’s so bad it doesn’t even stay on the app. It’ll send you to the browser. You don’t get rewards anymore. You can’t look at your past orders. It is just so bad. The list goes on. Uses an embedded browser to manage most of the app but you can’t get your settings until you click user now. Terrible app design and terrible developers. This is incredibly frustrating. I actually just had to call the store to order because after 15 minutes of trying to log in and order, we finally went to place the order and it just kept refreshing the place order screen. If there was another pizza place close to us we wouldn’t have wasted so much time. PLEASE take these recent reviews into consideration and understand that your app does not work properly or easily. It’s not convenient or worth it if there are other places to order from. Super easy to use, smooth easy to understand no issues. August 2026 maybe even July 2026 they made “ big changes to the app to make it better” It is terrible. It behaves like a website and at the top of the screen, you have an option to open the app, but you’re technically really still in the app so it does nothing. You have to enter your information repeatedly; when previously it was already stored in the app. And when you choose delivery, it switches to carry out on its own.. I think I’ll submit this app to Reddit for the worst iOS apps of 2026 - nothing works. Interface is clunky, loses logging credentials, basically endless scrolling and menu locations that are completely unintuitive. The old app was the best in the industry. I’m sure there’s some DoorDash sales executive that convinced them this “upgrade” will save millions or improve franchisee operations, but even if true, they should communicate the change to customers and apologize for a terrible user experience. How embarrassing. Probably cause the app just takes you to the webpage. This is more one of the worst apps i have used and there are so many apps out there for food. That work better. That work. And it tells me to hit this link so that they will send me an email verification. When I go to my email, it tells me to hit another link and it takes me back to the app. The incredibly maddening thing is the app has me start the whole process again I have foolishly done this five times and it still has not allowed me to register my email, so I am giving up and no Hungry Howies for me today. Secondly, I could never use the app due to a bug that would never register that I verified my email. So no rewards deals points nothing. Which means I refused to purchase there even though they’re on of the best, every company offers rewards so I had to go elsewhere.
