We tried to use the app around Seminyak. Nobody understands what the app is when showing the offer, it takes around 15 minutes in each venue for the owner/manager to process the discount. 20% off was only eligible in a few restaurants. We were told in Coffee Cartel that they do not offer 20% off to Hungry In Bali and you can only generate credits. The buy one get one free cocktails were only on certain drinks. The app opens a camera and you scan the venues QR code.
