We have a 15% processing fee that has a max of $5 but we are constantly reviewing our fees and trying to be as affordable as possible. If you have any specific feedback about the ux we'd love to hear it. Redownloaded app and everything. Fine, I created an account, but then my screen went blank and the App crashed without returning me to the order screen to process my payment. Calling would have been much more efficient. Feel even worse for the restaurants that are counting on them for delivery. Each promo that they send out to me has promo codes that don’t work, links that don’t connect and customer service reps that seem to have no idea as to how to fix any of it. It is super sad because they deliver on behalf of a number of wonderful restaurants including Hapa Sushi, Organic Sandwich Company and Black Pepper Pho. If you’re thinking about ordering food, and you’re reading this comment to see if you should eat here, you’re on the right track. Now most places in Boulder are over priced, bland food, and horrible service. The village breaks all of those stereotypes, they should charge double because the food is great. The people that work here are the nicest people in the service industry. If you want to find a place that you’ll have to go to a fast food restaurant after because your out of money and still hungry, and you want a place where the people treat you like a criminal, the village is not the place. It’s not just a dinner, it’s one of the best places in Boulder.
