However, my experience with the app has been rather disappointing due to its limited delivery range in my location. ### 1/5 — bad experience *2022-03-04, version 3.3* paid for my order online but didn't it get delivered nor did i get my refund. I did complain in customer care but it only gets delayed and they never reponse back👎🏻 ### 1/5 — Paid two times for the same order *2021-10-14, version 2.8* Once I ordered a dish, I made payment through Debit Card but the payment was stuck for some reason. Later the delivery boy came I told him about the transaction but he insisted me to pay in cash saying if the money is debited from my card the same will be refunded. The money was debited later that day but Neither I got my refund nor a call from hungryji team. ### 1/5 — Poor performance. *2021-10-01, version 2.8* I have placed an order and money was deducted from my account but it was showing as “No order yet” so I tried to contact the concerned person but in vain. I waited for a hour thinking that it might be the network issue and they shall contact me soon but they never did neither refunded me.
