### 1/5 — Web version is useable. Not the app

The app functions like the web version and the features are good in both. Unfortunately, we’re not able to log into the app on a brand new iPad with the most current OS. Speaking with HD tech support was of no help. We can log into a browser version but using the same login on the mobile version just returns login error messages.   We dumped the app and just use Safari

I’m an installer to Hunter Douglas products and more, but our office uses the link to connect everyone’s schedule. The ICM app hunter douglas previously had was much better, think about having windows 7 on your computer then having to go to windows 8. It’s horrible. Loved ICM’s simplicity. Right now I can’t even log into the app and have to use the browser, it’s the same log in info!

To clarify the primary use of The Link iOS app is for quoting and selling of Hunter Douglas products on the iPad device. It provides a means for you to easily generate product quotes on the go with an easy to navigate user interface which incorporates supportive tips and product videos to aid in the selling process.  The app itself compliments the Link’s full website experience which includes a calendar and scheduling experience along with other powerful features for tracking clients, opportunities, and more.

### 5/5 — Great Sales Tool for Hunter Douglas Dealers

I use this for all of my bids and sales. I can show the customers step by step how I am putting their products into the system and compare prices between options. Customers are much less likely to ask for a discount using this app because they feel like it is a “shopping cart” and the prices are fixed. This also helps me close the sale before leaving the site. It has a few bugs and hiccups every once in a while but overall it’s a great tool and works well with my Leica Disto X3 for automatically porting in measurements.
