Ansonsten funktioniert alles einwandfrei ### 2/5 — Sketchy APP *2025-07-18* It took a bit to get the app to work. Eventually restarting the phone and refreshing the app worked. HOWEVER, the only way to get Bluetooth to work consistently, I have to disconnect the device in the app when I’m done. If I don’t I can’t get the app to connect next time. Some of it works but watering every x days almost never works even though the next watering date is correct. The day passes with nothing happening. Are you kidding me? Returning this. I’m so disappointed. ### 1/5 — App Not Downloading *2021-07-29* Can't download with iPad Pro nor with iPhone. Locks up as if it wants to download on iPad. On iPhone it's just a circular bloop through double clicks and Face ID **Developer response:** This is an issue with Apple AppStore app not the NODE-BT app. Please try signing out and back in to your iCloud account, make sure you have strong cellular/Wi-Fi connection. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2021-06-28* Used to work now app won't connect and crashes. No way to actually connect with a person to get tech support. Changed batteries, deleted app, downloaded app still no connection even though it worked yesterday… ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money. *2026-04-07* They simply don’t work. They disconnect all the time even when standing near them with your phone. You can’t connect from afar to control them which is what I wanted for when I go out of town for long periods. They also state that they ran but everything is dry so they never actually came on. They run at random times you didn’t set it so. So maybe the clock is always wrong because of it always disconnecting. They just don’t work. The Bluetooth only works when I am three feet away from the unit - otherwise it just disconnects. I called Hunter tech support, they instructed me to delete the app and reinstall it. That didn’t work. So they said to return the unit. Of course, I don’t have confidence another unit will work better. ### 1/5 — Horrible connectivity *2025-10-01* Hit or miss on connecting far or near. Really upset I got the Bluetooth version which BTW Watts recommended. Only improvement would be if they added an indoor wifi bridge or something that could connect this to HomeKit to use automations. Would like to have the ability to access controller to make changes to the schedule while not connected and then once connected the updates take effect. Being a property manager of a 9 acre property with 8 valves boxes and 10 of the BT node controllers these have made my job much easier. Version 5.0.5522 or later now gives you the time-saving/convenient ability to view and edit all your irrigation controllers and then deploy in the field when ready. Give it a try and let us know how we are doing. ### 4/5 — Hunter quality *2025-05-23* Hunter builds lotta quality products but is lacking on this Bluetooth if your gardens out in the back yard through center block walls it makes it difficult for the signal to come through. You have to get close within about 20 feet.
