### 1/5 — App crashes

*2022-12-17, version 1.0.6*

This app is in dire need of fixes! It’s very difficult to connect to as multiple steps are required. Once connected, it has crashed while deleting photos. I have learned that most of the time selecting two photos to delete at once is ok, but beyond that the app closes out. The idea of this app is great, but sadly the developers have not updated it in over a year. In that time Apple has put out a new iOS and it’s likely no longer compatible. If I could give zero stars, I would. It’s disgusting that the app developers have not fixed things more often. They obviously have no integrity when it comes to their work.

### 1/5 — Not for iPhone 11

*2022-10-09, version 1.0.6*

Refuses to connect to camera Wi-Fi from iPhone 11. Needs updating, but I see the camera is no longer available, so no chance then.

### 2/5 — Possible Solution for iPhone

*2022-09-06, version 1.0.6*

Using with Victure Trail Camera.
After an hour I was able to connect to the cam for live viewing and remote access.
In settings on your iPhone go to the Hunt Pro App and makes sure basically everything is turned on in the app setting menu.
-Location Always / Precise
-Bluetooth On (in the app settings itself)
-Local Network (this is last setting I turned on and it all magically worked).

To connect to Victure.
-Switch to Setup on cam
-Launch crappy app
-Select Bluetooth On then select icon
-Select WiFi on, change to wifi in phone settings and connect to cam. Press WiFi in app.
-Press "+" and it should connect.

Then maybe turn all the app setting back off when done. With an app this sketchy who knows what hole you are opening to the upside down with all those things on....

You are welcome.

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2022-08-23, version 1.0.6*

Not the best, can’t access the data on the camera unless really close to it.
App crashes although the images are good.

### 1/5 — Quite rubbish

*2022-08-18, version 1.0.6*

This app has been positively user unfriendly for years! Isn’t it about time you looked in to why it crashes and maybe upgrade it! Don’t you ever test your apps?

### 2/5 — Frustrating to Use

*2022-04-09, version 1.0.6*

When the camera and program talk to each other it is fine but there are issues. The worst is no ‘go back’ function if wifi doesn’t connect. The only way out is to turn off the iPhone and hope the program restarts. I have deleted and reloaded the app several times and still no improvement in basic use.

### 1/5 — Way too much time

*2022-01-25, version 1.0.6*

This app is awful. I’ve been trying to get it to work with my camera for two days. I wouldn’t recommend even messing with. Junk!

### 1/5 — Js

*2022-01-17, version 1.0.6*

Totally disgusted, got this csmparkt86 so u could use app. NOTHING WORKS. At THIS POINT , i have nothing good to say sbout apo, and very little about campark T86

### 1/5 — Poor app for excellent camera

*2022-01-14, version 1.0.6*

The app constantly drops connection on an iPhone 11.
Also you only seem to be able to upload what you can see on the phone screen rather than selecting all the files to upload at one time.
These are two of the many problems associated with this app.
The camera itself is excellent but the app is very disappointing.
Needs a major upgrade to bring it into 2022 and in line with other superior apps.
Come on app developer. Do some work on this.

### 1/5 — Can’t get cam to connect with my iPhone 11

*2021-12-19, version 1.0.6*

I’ve tried everything in the instruction manual and still cannot get the Wi-Fi to connect from my iPhone 11 to the trail cam.

### 2/5 — Very Buggy infrequent app updates

*2021-12-17, version 1.0.6*

The app works if patient but very buggy. I find its very important to wait for the full countdown at each step of the connecting process.
I like the the convenience of checking remotely every morning from our Lanai. However the app frequently crashes and usually does not display the video correctly or at all when rotating the phone from portrait to landscape. Once its scrambled its hard to get the app back to normal.

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2021-09-12, version 1.0.6*

Sat here for hours looking at u tube videos & carefully reading instructions to set up the blue tooth . What a shame & frankly a waste of money.

### 2/5 — Takes up too much storage

*2021-09-07, version 1.0.6*

Great app but you can only set the camera to record 10 seconds after the pir picks up movement so missing a lot 🥴

### 2/5 — Glitchy

*2021-08-22, version 1.0.6*

This ap is glitchy.. you’re connecting and finally downloaded the pictures to “local” but when you try and delete videos or pictures from the camera memory it boots you from the ap and shuts down. Then you have to open the ap and reconnect to the camera again.
Latest issue is that the videos didn’t save. I should’ve had a bear and a coyote but the videos were black and nothing would load. Thank goodness I got some still pictures from it otherwise I would never know.
I’m reaching out to the camera manufacturer to see if anything can be done. Otherwise this will continue to waste my time and I will be get something better.
Don’t use this ap.

### 2/5 — Crashes often. Makes me hate my camera

*2021-08-20, version 1.0.6*

The steps to get the footage are awful, you still have to go out in the mosquitos in range of it (20ft) and turn on Bluetooth, connect to camera, the you tell the camera to turn on wifi, then you connect to the wifi that the camera is putting out, then you go back to the app to get your photos, if you’re lucky, it might not crash. You can’t save too many at a time or it crashes. You can only select 12 or so photos at a time. Even if to delete its select 10, delete, select 10, delete, etc.
regret my purchase.
If the app allowed you to actually select all, and didn’t crash all the dang time, it would be okay. those two requirements are bare minimum

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — app is trash and does not work

*2025-10-16, version 1.0.6*

when connecting to wifi from camera the app keeps opening up the app settings page for no reason

### 1/5 — App is useless

*2025-06-07, version 1.0.6*

I bought this camera because I wanted to be able to watch wildlife from the app but it hasn’t worked since I bought it. I contacted app support and have never had a response. The camera works fine but it’s limited so am looking for another wildlife camera, that doesn’t eat batteries and has an app that works

### 1/5 — Totally useless app

*2025-04-26, version 1.0.6*

I do not recall ever having come across such a balky, glitchy and frustrating app as this. Getting the app to connect to the camera is a multi- step nightmare that doesn’t always work. Doing any thing with the images is also a toss the coin situation will it work or not? Too often not.
The designers should be glad they’re not Japanese, if they were sepuku beckons.

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money. WiFi is questionable.

*2024-11-01, version 1.0.6*

WiFi works if you’re less than 8 feet from the camera. What’s the point if it won’t go even 30 feet?

### 1/5 — Camera okay but this app is junk

*2024-10-27, version 1.0.6*

The camera takes decent photos and using an SD card reader or taking it back to your PC is far better than trying to use the remote app via iPhone. Usually gets some kind of connection after multiple tries and restarts, just use it for the SD card and forget this lousy app. It worked on an old iPhone much better than the newer versions of iOS, I’m guessing app has not been updated in years hence the bugs it has. There are much better out there for the same low price as this set up, but I use it to cover an area where I don’t have cellular cams set up.

### 1/5 — Stopped working following iPad upgrade to 17.4.1

*2024-04-12, version 1.0.6*

This app worked fine on my phone and iPad but stopped working on both when I upgraded to 17.4.1. Developers please fix as I now have a camera taking photos and videos with no way to download to my iPad or phone.

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2023-09-02, version 1.0.6*

Very frustrating to use the app. The pictures are all there, just can’t get to them… waste of money, time, and patience….

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2023-05-28, version 1.0.6*

Keeps disconnecting, freezing , and closing even though I’m 1 to 15 feet away. It will not stay connected

### 1/5 — App terrible

*2023-03-24, version 1.0.6*

I cannot get any of my 4 cameras to connect to the camera wifi
Ugh. Please help!

### 1/5 — T80 Trail Camera

*2023-03-07, version 1.0.6*

Connectivity is terrible. I can see from previous reviews that this has been the standout issue. Still an issue! Too bad. If this worked as advertised, it would be a great product.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Campark T80 camera (In UK)

*2025-08-23, version 1.0.6*

It took a bit of figuring out but once I got the hang of the convoluted process, it’s a walk in the park.
From app, turn on BT, then Wi-Fi.
Go to phone settings, select cam Wi-Fi and it’s pretty much good to go when you open the app again.
My real criticism is the app icon, it blends in with most wall papers so unless you have a single colour screen it can be almost invisible.

### 5/5 — Works with my camera

*2023-11-29, version 1.0.6*

Works saves me time and a great way to check camera

### 5/5 — Hunting Camera

*2023-08-20, version 1.0.6*

This app was so useful and we caught so many things on the camera at night

### 5/5 — Works perfectly…

*2022-07-25, version 1.0.6*

I don’t understand why this app has got such a low rating, as it works perfectly for me with my iPhone and does everything it says it’ll do and needs to do. I just find it odd, or is it a user problem?

### 5/5 — Works for me

*2021-02-23, version 1.0.5*

Despite the warning screen and other people’s problems using this app, it works fine for me: iPhone 12 with iOS 14.4 connecting to a CamPark T80 Trail Camera. You have to go to the phone WiFi settings to connect to the camera’s WiFi once you’ve switched it on using the app. Then you can use the WiFi connection to see a live view from the camera, modify camera settings and download photos and videos.

### 5/5 — Can’t connect to wifi after installing ios 14.

*2020-09-28, version 1.0.2*

App worked great until iOS 14, now wifi won’t connect.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2020-05-18, version 1.0.1*

I’ve been using this App with my CamPark Digital Trail Camera 20MP and find it works extremely well.
Connects seamlessly to my iPad or iPhone and battery life seems good.

### 5/5 — Easy to use with all the functionality I need or expect.

*2020-03-20*

I am using this app with a CanPark T85 trail camera (has both Bluetooth and WiFi). The app does everything I can think of that would be useful. I can turn on the cameras WiFi (via bluetooth) and then download pictures and videos from it to me iPhone via WiFi. I can adjust the cameras configuration using the app also. The advantage of being able to do this is that I can mount the camara high up in a tree and never need to touch it again (except to change batteries....the app can’t Chang’s the batteries for me! :-). I have had no issues with it at all.

It is important to understand the relationship between the Camera and your iPhone. The T85 camera I have does not connect to my home WiFi, rather I need to connect my iPhobe to the cameras WiFi, once you understand that, the app and the relationship between you phone and the camara is perfec.

### 4/5 — Will not let me in to my sd card

*2024-11-12, version 1.0.6*

Help I can’t get my pictures off my sd card on to my phone

### 4/5 — Works well with Campark Wifi cam

*2021-03-16, version 1.0.6*

This app did not work with iPhone in January when I purchased the camera but the bug fix seems to have worked. Only four stars for the clunky connection process but overall, I‘m now satisfied with the app and camera.

To the developers, if you made this app camera specific, state it in the description.
