I’ve had several issue, including the ability to verify, add, delete Zelle recipients. Have spent hours on the phone with this company only to be told they don’t have an IT department to speak with, I’LL REPEAT, THEY DO NOT HAVE AN IT DEPT MANAGING CUSTOMER BANKING ISSUES!! Also told they could do nothing, and I should just try again later.
