They were able to complete the hunt but then my app froze and wouldn’t allow me to approve their pictures and see who won. Don’t waste your time. It was so disappointing for us all. Great idea but find another app to do it with ### 4/5 — Photo Feed Section *2024-05-08* Please add a photo feed section among hunters to scroll through, and add option to share a HuntMob photo to Instagram Story as well! Is there a way to not collect hunters’ emails? This takes an extra step and may lose players’ attention because of the hassle of having to create an account in order to play. ### 4/5 — Great! Hope it gets out of beta *2023-07-26* I needed something to do with my nephews on a day we couldn’t go outside due to weather. This worked great! Easy to use, great features, and simple to personalize. It does get a little laggy when your list of tasks gets over about 20. I would/will give it 5 stars if that were fixed. ### 1/5 — Frustrating as heck! *2022-08-17* Was setting up a scavenger hunt for the first time and put in the wrong start time. There was no way to change it. Would’ve had to close/archive it and start all over again. Problem was, I had just paid for up to 50 players. No way to transfer that to a new game. Sent feedback. No response. Signed out of the app to see if, perhaps, it was a phone or platform glitch. Cannot sign back in. Have had code after code sent and reset my password numerous times. Error message every time. I’m out $10. Can’t sign into the app at all. Have no way to reach customer service. And have a hunt advertised for mid September. Frustrating is a mild word! **Developer response:** Hey Pandabear. Really sorry about your experience. We’ve updated the app to eliminate login issues and we can update the date for you if you need to change. The preloaded hunts are fun too if you don’t want to create your own. If you are a business owner this is a must for getting the word out about your business and for growing your email list.
