The app just allows you to shuffle them around. Overall, it is a good tool. You have to apply for 50 jobs these days to get one call back; I’m not sure how else I would keep track of them all if not for huntr, especially since so many things have nearly identical titles. ### 4/5 — LinkedIn *2023-12-07, version 2.0.4* How do you sync with LinkedIn job applications automatically ? ### 4/5 — Desktop🔥, mobile app 😓 *2023-10-02, version 2.0.4* Huntr is a wonderful tool for organizing your info for job hunting, and putting all important info - JDs, notes, contacts, etc - into one place. BUT - the mobile app is only useful for managing existing entries. The browser plug-in is far and away the BEST feature of the platform. With the click of a button, I can create a Huntr entry from the JD I am on. Sadly, that functionality doesn't exist when you are using the LinkedIn, Indeed, Otta, etc apps. Then I was so excited to see there was an app too! Unfortunately, saving a job isn’t always seamless. Sometimes you need all of the job info before it’ll let you save. Entering “Remote” in the location is not an option unless you want Remote, Oregon. And the integration with the job board sites is slow and clunky. I’ll continue to use the web browser version for now. ### 5/5 — Great tool for job search *2019-12-14, version 1.0.6* I loved Huntr as soon as I started using their web application and I was really happy to see that they had made a mobile one too. There are tools built in to the app that let you dive into your job search and add them while you’re browsing. Really effective technology because it has let me spend every off second I have scrolling through lists of job postings. For the extension, the window that pops up would be helpful to include a deadline option when you’re saving it so that you don’t have to go back in and add that information. Helpful for when you’re collecting links to apply to a later date and need to prioritize by deadline. One can not add a company to the search, so the entire entry can not be saved. However being asked to log in every time and then to a blank dashboard makes me switch the desktop every time. Logged me out and deleted my board I had saved. Can’t log back in - too frustrating. If the kinks get worked out this would be great!
