Terrible customer service
I got the free trial with a hunters Ed course and then couldn’t ever figure out how to cancel it. When I reached out for help they didn’t help at all and there was never any way to actually speak to someone real. I couldn’t ever get a refund for my year subscription that I didn’t want in the first place and have never used. I’ll probably get charged next year too because it’s impossible to cancel if you didn’t sign up directly through the app.

Takes your person information and sells it!
I have recently dealt with several trespassers that claim it’s ok to hunt on my private land. They state they know me when talking to me (not knowing it’s me they are speaking with). I also started to receive a lot of unsolicited phone calls asking to use my farm for hunting. All claim it’s from this app. Basically this app takes your personal information and sells it via a subscription to hunters. They say it’s ok because it’s “public information” they pull the information from the same place a realtor would. I have submitted complaints everywhere I can. I think it’s wild they can sell my personal information.
