I bought 15 credits, the videos it created are awesome. I then splurged on the 360 credits and the generator now just says “failed” anytime I try to create anything. I’m so hopeful it’s a temporary issue. Support has not yet responded to my email. Please advise.

Most efficient and high quality image to video I’ve come across. Packages are super reasonable and the app is very user friendly. Worth your time.
