However, when I closed the game (swiping up to close the app) the upgrades were not working. I was really disappointed when the leech upgrades were not working at all in the later scenarios. I thought it was just a glitch at first so I deleted then re-downloaded the game, but got the same issue when I closed the app. I am heavily considering deleting the game despite paying for the global warming pack ### 4/5 — Peak, one problem tho *2026-07-23, version 2.1.6* This game is actually so fun. The scenarios are unique, and once you get more of the upgrades it gets a bit more easier. However one problem is that the global warming section is behind a paywall meaning that you can’t do the last scenario quest too. If you don’t know what you’re doing or how the mechanics work you’ll likely get stuck in the beginning continually dying and not being able to upgrade your storm. Fun goes by quick since you can only do so much just like most games of this genre. No fast forward button so you’re stuck watching a ball of wind slowly go across the map and the constraint around the turning mechanics are really painful. They don’t recharge fast enough to properly steer away from land masses to get bigger and to stay away from the walls of the game.
