I wish they had the option to give me notifications when it’s time to feed or care for certain animals ### 4/5 — Great App! But One Bug In Particular.. *2024-09-18, version 1.1.71* I love this app, it does a wonderful job of keeping track of all my reptiles and reminders. I do wish there was push reminder that could be sent to me for a once-daily reminder of feedings. And lastly, there’s a bug I experience where if I’ve launched the app earlier in the day, and then go back to it later, I get a blank white screen and have to force shutdown the app before it’ll launch. The app is massive and can seem quiet complex but if you are ever stuck there are videos imbedded that help massively. If you’re looking to do something more obscure then the Facebook group are there to help. Any issues/ bugs are dealt with very quickly and it’s improving all the time with new features. I cannot recommend this any higher!! This does everything I was doing and so much more. I cant get over how far this app has come and I love that you can access from your computer as well. I would love to see a multiple feeder option. Currently I am just listing them as separate feedings which works as well. There is a minimal learning curve because there is a lot of support options: videos on the screen, YouTube videos, Knowledge base, and their customer support cannot be beat. I had a major problem in the morning and had a VIDEO response by the evening. I’ve sent numerous emails with requests or slight problems and have always had a response within 24 hours, usually with a fix completed or a “thanks for the suggestion”. They are constantly updating and adding really wonderful features. We can now print out or email information sheets on each animal. They just added another feature that will allow buyers at a show to scan a QR code to see all the information on that particular animal. Feeding over 150 animals now takes less than 5 minutes to log. Activities by racks, cages, or groups are quickly entered. Learning curve is a hit steep but once you realize you can customize menus and remove features, it tailors to your needs. That review that said too complex? Watch the help videos and read a bit. Maybe pen and paper is more suited to you. Super glad I tried this...and happy it will expand as my business does!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Ridiculous *2026-07-18, version 1.1.71* I spent hours yesterday creating an account, putting in all my information, setting up my activities, and adding my enclosures and reptiles. I downloaded the app thinking it would be better than the numerous little technicalities on the website, but I could not have been more wrong. I have attempted to sign in many, many times, and every time it has said my password is incorrect, which I know is wrong because I just set up the account yesterday and even took screenshots to remember my information. This was frustrating, but at first I thought it was excusable or maybe just a glitch, but after trying to reset my password numerous times, it has continued to say that it cannot verify that I am even human, therefore it cannot reset my password. I had high expectations for this app and website, as one of my favorite reptile Youtubers recommended it and was sponsored by it, but I could not have had a worse experience with this platform. Please don’t waste your time with Husbandry Pro. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work! *2024-11-27, version 1.1.71* I logged in through MorphMarket, but when I tried to create my account on husbandry Pro could not click on the screen anywhere to enter information in any of the boxes. I couldn’t click on forgot my password or anything. ### 1/5 — Won’t work *2024-11-01, version 1.1.71* I downloaded this app and it won’t go past the main screen. It appears that there is some sort of log in, but the boxes won’t appear on the screen. It’s just a gray screen with the orange logo. I have tried deleting and redownloading. If only this app actually worked properly… The app constantly crashes and freezes. It took rebooting the app 3 times for me to add one animal to my list. The layout is confusing and could be much more appealing. Overall I will never use this app and especially will never pay to add more animals to my list. But the user interface is not user friendly, the app is very complex, and there are parts of it that don’t work properly. I’ve tried really hard to use it, but the user interface is just so bad. I really like the app overall but it is really buggy. Either the feeding notifications is broken or it doesn’t work the way I want it to. Ideally I want to be able to input how often a snake should be fed and get reminders on feeding days. Even better would be a view that allowed me to see upcoming feeding days so I could plan ahead. There currently is no feeding reminder feature for this app (or it’s broken). Not sure how much this app is supported, I submitted some support tickets (which is really easy to do through the web app) but never received a response on any of them. ### 4/5 — Makes my life easier *2026-03-14, version 1.1.71* Using husbandry pro has made tracking care for my critter so much easier.
