## What is Hushbark?

Hushbark listens for your dog barking and responds the moment it hears one.

Leave your phone in the room. Hushbark uses an on-device sound classifier to recognise barking, then plays a high-frequency deterrent tone to interrupt it: the same idea as a handheld dog whistle, but automatic and consistent.

IT ALSO KEEPS SCORE
Every bark is logged with a timestamp, a short recording and what set it off ("after a doorbell", "after a car"). Over days you get an honest picture of when your dog barks, how often, and whether it is getting better.

HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT DOES
High-frequency deterrents are an interruption and a training aid, not a cure. Some dogs respond strongly, some ignore them, and any dog can habituate, which is why Hushbark rotates between sounds. It works line of sight, and works best within about 15 metres. It does not work through walls or closed windows, and we will not pretend otherwise.

PRIVACY
All audio is processed on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and there is no server. Bark clips stay in the app and you can delete them at any time.

Hushbark Pro unlocks unlimited responses, the full whistle set with rotation, your recorded command, the full journal, trends and the PDF report. Detection itself is always free, and the rising whistle is included.
