## What is Hushlo?

Log a migraine in 10 seconds, find your triggers, take back control. Hushlo tracks pain, aura, medication, and patterns over weeks — all on iPhone, no account.

Hushlo records your daily HRV, sleep, daylight, audio exposure, wrist temperature and barometric pressure on-device, plus local weather, air quality and pollen. After 30 days of data and 14 logged attacks, an on-device regression engine surfaces the top three signals most associated with your past attacks — in plain English, framed retrospectively, never as a forecast.
