HushTrace is a private, on-device tinnitus tracker. Log your ringing in one tap, find what makes it worse, keep track of what helps, and walk into your audiologist or ENT with a clear, organized record.

What HushTrace does
- One-tap tinnitus check: rate loudness from 0 to 10, how much it bothers you, and how much it affected your day, with a simple pitch self-match and the ear.
- Trigger and exposure logging: note loud noise, caffeine, stress, poor sleep, and your own custom triggers.
- Loudness trend over weeks, with a running quiet-time streak so you can see the calm days add up.
- Relief-technique tracker: log what you try, like white noise, masking sound, breathing, or earplugs, and how well it helped.
- Likely aggravators: HushTrace looks at how your loudness behaved in the hours after each trigger, compared with your overall average, and ranks what your log suggests is aggravating it.
- Audiologist Visit Report: a clean PDF that summarizes your checks, loudness trend, triggers, relief, and hearing records to print or share.
- Apple Watch: a one-tap check, a quick trigger tap, and a glance at today's loudness and your quiet-time streak.
