Hard to reach out to the customer team. Sent email a week ago but haven’t heard anything from them. They say they wanted to help your mental health, I think they are doing the opposite. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2024-11-24* This app has made scheduling appointments with my counselor so simple and stress-free. I love how easy it is to check availability, book sessions, and get reminders so I never miss an appointment. How am I supposed to book my sessions when trying to use that function crashes the app no matter how many times I delete reinstall or force restart my iPhone.
