I downloaded the app and it’s trying to make me schedule an appointment and I already have one. I couldn’t even create a profile first. This seems backwards to me

This app won’t let me put in my registration code and just created an account so now I’m just stuck on an ‘pick time for your appointment’ page with nothing to do. Help? :,)

I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times and cannot get beyond the sched screen. It does not recognize my dietitian and won’t let me page out of the schedule screen. Worst health app I’ve had to deal with to date.

Was a decent app until this update. Now it won’t launch.

It never loads or if it does it takes 15 years. I have the most recent updates and have deleted it and downloaded it so many times. If I didn’t have to use it, there’s no way I would recommend it. Buggy beyond belief.

I don’t have access to messages. I deleted the app and redownloaded it. When I attempt to log in online it says my email is not found. This is ridiculous that an EMR is this poorly designed.
