I’ve tried to redownload the app three times, yet every time I try to sign in it just gets stuck loading or saying the password for the account I already have must have special characters when the website said no special characters. Disappointing ### 2/5 — Options Limited *2023-10-13* The app pairs you with a dietician without any input from the client. There isn’t a way to request a new dietician either. Not every dietician-client pair is going to work. My dietician and I weren’t a good fit for each other and now I don’t have a way to request a new one. This seems like a simple function that was missed that is 100% necessary. **Developer response:** Hello - thank you for leaving a review. Please email support@huskwellness.com with your request and our team will get back to you. ### 2/5 — App is not functional *2023-08-08, version 2.7* App does not open ### 1/5 — Never made it past intake *2023-01-03* I have tried reaching out for issues with joining the zoom call just for intake as I keep getting application errors whenever I try to join. Have not heard back from anyone in the messenger or via email and would not recommend this to anyone as it is a de-motivator when the app you are trying to use to improve your health won’t even open, let you join the zoom call without an error, and they don’t even call you as they say they will via phone when you do not join a call in an allotted amount of time. **Developer response:** We're sorry to hear you were having trouble joining your zoom call. However my activity, water intake, workouts and steps do not auto log. Was hoping this would be a single point application where I could get updates and log everything in a single interface. **Developer response:** We're glad to hear you are enjoying the food tracking feature, but sorry to you are having issues with tracking. We're sorry to hear you've had trouble with activity tracking. On the activity tracking tab of the app, you should be able to click the HealthKit integration to sync information from your Fitness App. It tracks from the moment you begin the integration, so it will not show past activities. If you are having trouble seeing activity you've done since beginning the integration, please email support@huskwellness.com with your issue so we can solve your problem! I was able to connect my Fitbit so it can track my activity. The best part is having the ability to message my RD whenever I have some questions based on my health goals. Always there to support and never telling me I can’t have the extra cookie 😂 Highly recommend to help with accountability but also keep everything in one place!! **Developer response:** Thanks for your review! I also really enjoy that I can sync my FitBit into the app so my RD can see my movement progress. Help? :,) ### 2/5 — Need to fire the the current UI designer *2025-11-18* Haven’t come cross an app this bad for years. Had to fill the form multiple times. Nothing was intuitive. I have the most recent updates and have deleted it and downloaded it so many times. If I didn’t have to use it, there’s no way I would recommend it.
