Only registration is available through portal. They force you to download the app if you need to login.

I forgot my password and multiple incorrect attempts locked my account and there is no instructions on how many days will it be locked or the process to unlock it.
‘Forgot Password’ doesn’t send any email, even after multiple such attempts.

Creating a ticket through app throws ‘Internal Server Error’ without providing any details.

I created a Husk Wellness account through IBX. The experience online was also poor. I was not allowed to create my own password. When I tried to use the app, it wouldn’t let me personalize a password and is going to make report “Forgot password.” Does it not allow me to connect my Fitbit? This was seamless with Horizon Blue Cross through Virgin Pulse/Personify. Can I not use the Husk Wellness app? Do I have to go through the IBX app?

I downloaded the app and tried to log in using the same password I use to log in on the browser. I triple and quadruple checked both my username and password. I was not mistyping either one. I had logged in to the browser version half an hour earlier and both worked fine. Not only did the app keep telling me I was entering the wrong info but now my account has been suspended due to too many attempts so I can’t even log in on the browser. I wanted to sign up to a new gym this afternoon using the “no sign up fees” offer. Now I can’t. Total waste of time and cost me money. I wish I’d never downloaded this app.

I registered both via computer and via the app and immediately got two emails, one recommending I download the app and the second saying I’ve been assigned to a mental health provider. Since then, I cannot login because they don’t have you set a password upon registration nor can I set a password because I don’t ever actually get the password reset email. I keep going round and round and getting nowhere. I’m done. I’ll try something that actually works.

Please make sure you are logging into the HUSK Mental Health app and not the HUSK Wellness App as the logins are different for the different apps.
