With this issue, I’m not able to get coupons in the app, not able to track my services. Kindly fix the issue. ### 1/5 — Sad experience with Husqvarna *2020-10-19* SERIOUS SAFETY HAZARD I Purchased your premium bike HUSQVARNA SVARTPILEN 250 on 9th Oct 20 @ Bangalore. While driving I faced following hazard ( only after around 100 kms of city driving)- I. While driving Motorcycle, the link rod between GEAR SHIFT LEVER & ENGINE suddenly came out due to coming out of the screw of engine side and gear shifting became inoperative. I was driving the vehicle on 3rd gear that time. Due to this sudden failure I narrowly escaped the Accident. II. I also observed that GEAR SHIFT LEVER was fouling/rubbing with engine body. MY OBSERVATIONS- In your Design, there is no provision of LOCK NUT/ NYLOC NUT / CLINCH NUT/ LOCKING CIRCLIP to take care of coming out of the link rod. Also there is no proper space to take care of fouling of link with body. In my opinion these issue need a DESIGN MODIFICATION by the competent authority at your end. HELP RENDERED BY YOUR SERVICE TEAM - I reached to your local team. They retightened the same screw after applying some adhesive. And assembled some spacer to avoid fouling as MAKE -SHIFT -ARRANGEMENT. I am sure this countermeasure is not as per your Service Manual. MY COMMENTS & EXPECTATIONS BEING A NEW CUSTOMER & BRAND NEW PURCHASE- • MAKE- SHIFT -ARRANGEMENT is not acceptable. Defective part ,causing fouling needs immediate replacement. • After Design review of this Safety Issue , same should be implemented in my mobike also. • PRESENTLY I AM NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. NEEDS YOUR PROPER ATTENTION & UNDERSTANDING & ALSO LOOK FOR THE ASSURANCE FROM YOUR COMPANY THAT THIS VEHICLE IS SAFE TO DRIVE. Looking for your immediate countermeasures. My service centre (Ktm pimple Saudagar service) does not show up in the menu to when trying to book a service via the app. This is the most basic thing required from an after sales service app. Also after the update the app crashes and does not load.
