No name recognition. Clunky payment process back and forth with the website. Payment doesn’t work most of the time. Can’t work out why they made it so poorly. Even the forgotten password emails don’t arrive. If there was an alternative for the gym I sometimes use I would switch. Surely a great app won’t help Hussle to lead the market. There is no mention of this on their website or from Customer Support, who instead push for a website login. I was offered a discounted subscription via BUPA membership (advertised as up to 40%) and it works out as 25% off the BEST monthly subscription at my usual gym, so I’m very pleased with that. 2. Very easy to use: I just show the app code to the gym reception and they let me in (obviously familiar with the app). 3. I had trouble initially setting up the app and messaged Hussle tech support.
