It crashes randomly and regularly. I’ll go read responses and it gives me oopes not loading page. So I have to close the app and reopen. Other then that it does what it suppose to do. ### 4/5 — Love this app but it lags sometimes *2022-09-08, version 18.0.1* I love this app ! It helps get members within my local informed but sometimes the messages doesn’t come through on app verses desktop.. ### 3/5 — False Alarms *2022-05-21, version 18.0.1* Drives me nuts that Hustle will give me 4 or 5 beeps / push notifications and then when I open the app, there are no new messages. NONE. (This isn’t about workflows, the workflows are open and active.) Or maybe there will be one new message. But certainly not 4 or 5! I don’t know if it’s beeping me for no reason OR am I just missing/ losing the responses that are arriving? After three days of this 4:1 ratio I’m going nuts. ### 2/5 — Useful but glitchy *2022-04-20, version 18.0.1* If you’re sending a bunch of texts at a time, you can’t just hit “send” over and over in rapid succession or it will take you into the body of the text and make changes. So you have to do it slowly which is annoying and inefficient. It also is not good at flagging all the responses as new/unresponded to. I have to dig through my conversations to make sure that I replied to everyone which is a lot when you’re texting thousands of people. It’s also irritating that when you hit “reply to messages” it inexplicably makes you swipe left before going into the texts—why??? ### 4/5 — Very Intuitive *2020-10-31, version 15.1.3* This is a great app for outreach at high volume!! I just wish there was an app for the backend edits for any on the fly issues that may happen when I’m not near a computer. Otherwise, super smooth & high quality app! I recommend!! ### 2/5 — Ok need work *2020-10-19, version 15.1.3* This is a good app for volunteering but it has a few issues. It is not very smooth, takes a while to load, and lags a bit. Sometimes I have to close the app and then open it back up to get it to work. Also I wish they would add a search feature for the available scripts. The place I am volunteering with has like 30 or more different available scripts. So when I am sending mass texts to like 1,000+ people and have to quickly respond it takes a while to scroll through all of the scripts and find the right one. There should be a search option to find certain scripts using keywords or something. ### 3/5 — Good but Some Flaws *2020-10-05, version 15.1.3* The systems in this app are really clean and let me access voters really easy! Unfortunately, there are some issues. Although there’s some issues. For one, it seems to log me out automatically after a certain length of time (maybe a few hours). So then I miss text replies that I get. This morning I updated the software on my iPhone and iPad to iOS 12.4.1, and now Hustle doesn’t work at all. Is there an update for Hustle that syncs with the iOS 12.4.1? Thanks ### 3/5 — Good tool, could be great *2019-07-17, version 9.0.1* This app needs to be optimized for power texters- there are a lot of things that make it slow and impede its purpose. Like how small the send button is, and how the constant notifications overlap the current work you are doing. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t create account *2022-10-22, version 18.0.1* I just downloaded the app, which goes straight to a login screen, but it has no option to create an account so I can’t login. ### 1/5 — Calls forwarded to my personal voicemail inbox *2022-10-19, version 18.0.1* This app is slow and clunky. Several other apps and web apps make texting easier and faster. Also it’s not cool that this app forwards calls to my personal voicemail inbox. I used this app for volunteering on with a political candidate. I felt concerned and stopped sending messages because several people tried calling me multiple times for who knows what reason. This service should accept calls in-platform, allow users to disable incoming calls, or block them completely. ### 1/5 — Bogus App don’t down Load it ! *2021-08-27, version 16.2.3* Down loaded and then wouldn't allow me to open it. ### 1/5 — Must reset it every day *2020-08-30, version 15.1.3* I get “error. tap to retry” every day when I open this app. I have to turn off the phone to get it to reset, then enter my username and password. It is also clumsy in displaying response messages. My phone shows them but it takes several cycles for Hustle to get them to me. This program is awful. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money *2020-07-30, version 15.1.3* You won’t be charged for wrong numbers, they said. False. Get your numbers ahead of time. You’ll pay for landlines and wrong numbers. You’ll be able to engage your audience, they claim. False. You will not be able to sort or export data to filter the audience you’d like to engage. The support is via email only and will take days if not weeks. It is a full time job. You’ll want a refund (you’ll never get it) but then you’ll want a salary since you now work for Hustle in a fruitless attempt to optimize this technology. You’d literally spend less time texting all 7K contacts from your personal phone number. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Respond *2020-07-14, version 15.1.3* I forget my password. Have been waiting for response to my notifications. Nothing. I’m trying to log in and whenever i try it says an unknown error occurred and to please try again. I double checked my user and password multiple times but it still won’t work.
