Yes, I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, temporarily turned off VPN , and turned restarted my device. When I’ve clicked on specific categories the app prompts a error screen. I’ve tried everything to correct this issue but no such luck yet! Although the regular internet online store works flawlessly 🤷‍♂️. I’m reposting because the same issue is ongoing! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-01-28, version 4.4* App does not work correctly ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2023-12-19, version 4.4* iPhone 15 categories do not open!!! ### 1/5 — Broken - Departments don’t display *2023-12-09, version 4.4* Can reach items that are listed on the main screen. BUT searches generate an error and the departments don’t load, severely limiting the application. ### 1/5 — Once great now poor *2023-12-08, version 4.4* Search, categories, and a many other things are now broken and either say “Something went wrong, please try again,” or try to load and then goes back to the previous screen. I don’t know what happened but either the internal dev team or the company who makes the app for you needs to get the back side in gear. As majority of customer bases are coming from app purchases, this becomes a reflection of your store fronts and the quality of your business. And I would think that being on of the biggest names in the industry something would be done about it. Keep that quality up and crack down on whoever is trying to ruin the HH name. ### 1/5 — App not working! *2023-11-30, version 4.4* The app use to work for me. And I buy quite a bit from the app. Or at least I use to. As of lately I have not been able to browse the different selections specifically lingeries. The app opens but will not let me select and browse the different lingerie selections/sets.
