Medications lists no longer need to be stored on paper because your Hutano profile is designed to store medications and doses. The platform goes further via vitals tracking functionality.  Check your blood pressure and upload the values to Hutano so that when your physician needs to know how your blood pressure, heart rate, weight have been trending, the answers are available for review. 

Because healthcare providers and patients need to communicate effectively, Hutano makes communication seamless while using tools you are already familiar with -  push notifications and SMS.
