Horrible app, glitchy and laggy. It’s required for work so you’d think it would work properly. It logs me out while I’m actively using it multiple times, crashes when I try to take required photos, and deletes half of what I type. Useless and pathetic. Do better.

This app is super important at work. I need it to work. After the IOS26 update, the app with force close when trying to take a photo.

Constant issues with joining shift, starting shift and  logging out. It always comes up with “unexpected error”

Three years in the pan and while it doesn’t crash out even half as much as it used to, it still doesn’t work properly. Most of the issues come with access to the microapps. Why are you giving everyone access to them when not everyone can? Why doesn’t fourth load correctly? And why do I have the ability to turn product off on Maceric when I then need to go and ask my area manager to turn it off anyway? Absolute madness.

Keeps logging you out so you lose what you did.  Such a abuse to complete sometimes. Think was made in a bit of a rush.? 
Sometimes not letting you log in with correct details.
