There is no real customer service number and if you email their support team, you receive a robotic response. They were unwilling to reverse the charges, and I never even used their service. It had been the same day I tried to get a refund as I really needed that money and could not afford to lose it. It actually tries to charge you $120 after the $10. There’s no cash advance. They don’t pay any of your bills. And once you’re in the app, you can’t cancel. You have to email them 10 times to have them cancel. Mine is still not canceled and still trying to charge my card.
