If you reply to this review, please don’t send a generic copy-and-paste response explaining why the system is “working as intended” or how players “still have a chance.” I don’t want marketing language or excuses. I want honesty. Acknowledge that many players feel the system is unfair, listen to the feedback, and actually do something to improve it. Long-time players deserve better than being pushed toward spending money just to have a realistic chance of completing an event.
