## What is Huxley Portal?

Huxley is the project portal that connects clients, trades, and admins around a single live view of each build.

If you're a client, see your development the way the site team does. A satellite map of your project, a 7-stage tracker showing exactly where the build is, daily photo updates as work happens, and clear visibility on programme, budget and what's coming next. No more chasing your builder for an update.

If you're a tradesperson on a Huxley project, clock in and out on site with one tap, post photo updates against your assigned tasks, log delays the moment they happen, request stage payments when work is complete, and generate self-invoices for your work all without an email back and forth.

If you're a Huxley admin, oversee every active site from a single command centre: live activity across every project, payment request queue, shared todo board, and a satellite map of every job.

Built and used daily by Huxley Developments Ltd, a UK construction firm running residential builds across the Channel Islands and the UK.
