## What is HVAC Reception?

HVAC Reception is the companion app for HVAC and home-services businesses that use an automated AI call-answering service. Sign in with your existing business account to monitor the leads your AI receptionist captures, review urgent and emergency calls, manage notifications, and check your account -- all from your phone.

- Secure sign-in with email and password, plus optional Face ID unlock
- Dashboard: total leads, new leads, and urgent calls at a glance
- Leads: browse captured leads with details and status
- Emergency alerts: see high-priority calls quickly
- Notifications: push alerts for new leads and important events
