A terrible app represents many things. Perhaps a bad company. Or a lazy company. Maybe an ignorant company. The list goes on and on. I won’t be doing any jobs for HVACi u til they fix their app to be functional. The “wizard” function is garbage. It crashes. It wants data in an unorganized manner. You cannot exit and enter the app without it crashing. This app was not developed by technicians. It was developed by morons. 0 stars.

I have an Ipad Pro 12.9 Wifi only and this App will not download to it ! Are you going to update so that WIFI only users can use this ???
March 11th 2021 : One year later and this app still cannot be used ! I take pictures and send via email. This is a usless piece of software...
You need to listen to the people that are trying to do this work for you folks... Fix this software !

I don’t understand why it wants you to take ohm readings on a running piece of equipment as well as amp draws. Need to fix this,I was diagnosing a split system where the furnace was fine fully operational but the condenser wasn’t it had me ohm out the air handler and take amp draws. Just a suggestion if the amp draws are fine and the unit is calling for all signals the no need to ohm it out and take board readings in my opinion. Or make an option that can be documented to justify why ohms are not need ect... app needs to be revised to help us out here in the field.

### 1/5 — Cannot Use On New iPad Air or Pro WiFi-Only

I’m not sure why I can’t use this on my new iPad Air or my other iPad Pro. They are WiFi-only devices, and this won’t work for me. The previous web app was perfect, and this new one just doesn’t cut the mustard. The fact that the native app is basically the web app repackaged... doesn’t help.

I do not know how they expect contractors to upload info when the app doesn't work. They have had several versions of this and none of them work.

This comprehensive app is a great tool to submit findings in real time and increases turnaround time in reporting HVAC failures. Will use more often!
