## What is HVB Ident?

Für einige Services und Produkteröffnungen bei der HypoVereinsbank benötigen Sie einen erfolgreichen Legitimierungsvorgang. Mit der HVB Ident App können Sie das bequem, schnell und einfach durchführen.

Dazu benötigen Sie ein gültiges Ausweisdokument, ein mobiles Gerät, eine stabile Internetverbindung und ggf. den Zugang zu Ihren e-Mails oder SMS.

Den Legitimationsvorgang können Sie mit einem deutschen Personalausweis mit Online-Ausweis-funktion schnell und unabhängig von der Verfügbarkeit eines Video Call-Centers durchführen.
Neben Ihrer Online PIN benötigen Sie dazu ein NFC-fähiges Smartphone, das als Kartenlesegerät dient. Damit werden die Daten des entsprechenden Ausweisdokumentes sicher und verschlüsselt übertragen.
Sollte die Online-Ausweisfunktion nicht genutzt werden können, werden Sie innerhalb der App direkt zum VideoIdent weitergeleitet. Dann erfolgt der Identifizierungsvorgang durch einen Video-Chat mit einem zertifizierten Mitarbeiter unseres Dienstleisters identity Trust Management AG. 
Die eingesetzten Identifizierungsverfahren wurden geprüft und erfüllen strengste Auflagen an Sicherheit und Datenschutz.
