This is one of the, if not the worst of all banking apps I have ever had the misfortune of having to use.
Information about one’s own account is so mired In substructures, one has to spend hours trying to figure out just to what the last 6 months of activities were.
It is wholly unintuitive and overly complicated. It was better before the last update.
Leave it to us Germans to overthink stuff and get so lost on details that the most basic functions become a chore.

English support is very limited, application is overcomplicated and functionality is limited, appTan approval you can waiting a weeks… Experience is good if you have a lot of free time to waiting for some miracle with application activation or some another bureaucracy things.

Seitdem Gerätetausch gestern ist das Empfangen von der Sms mit der Tan zur Aktivierung der App auf dem neuen Iphone mit der Version 18,5 nicht möglich. Banking app erkennt diese Version als Ios, Iphone 17,5 wobei ich das Modell Iphone 16 E mit der Version Ios 18,5 habe. Mobilbank app Nutzung ist somit nicht möglich. Mobilfunkanbieter und Apple Kundenservice teilte mit, dass das Problem an der App liegt. Hilfe!!

Nachtrag: Neben dem Thema IBAN aus der Zwischenablage (s.u.) noch eine Bitte: wenn man in den Kreditkartenumsätzen scrollt, dann „springt“ die Anzeige in dem Moment, wenn das Bild oben ausgeblendet wird und mehr Platz für die Anzeige gemacht wird. Dabei springt die Anzeige in einer Art, dass es völlig irritiert und man das Gefühl bekommt, es würde zuviel ausgeblendet. Es wäre deutlich angenehmer, wenn die Anzeige der Umsätze nicht nach oben springen würde, sondern einfach oben mehr Platz für die Anzeige gemacht würde, also jüngere Umsätze dort sichtbar würden, die zuvor verdeckt waren; und damit die Umsätze, die man vor Erweiterung der Anzeige gesehen hat, einfach an ihrem Platz blieben. Schwer zu beschreiben aber es nervt jedes Mal ungemein. 
IBAN: Es wäre hilfreich, wenn die App (bspw. bei Überweisungen) die Eingabe / das Einfügen von IBANs im Format 'DExx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xx' akzeptieren würde (also mit Leerzeichen). Wenn man aktuell eine solcherart formatierte IBAN aus der Zwischenablage einfügen wollte, klappt das nicht. Man muss die IBAN also erst woanders einfügen, dann die Leerzeichen entfernen, wieder kopieren und dann kann man sie hier einfügen. Etwas umständlich — andere Onlinebanking Apps bekommen das hin … Danke!
