If you want to use hvv Any and happen to be American, forget it. When you try to register your credit card and enter your address, USA is not among the countries on the list. 

Usbekistan? Yes! Afghanistan? Yes! Malawi? Yes! 

Ever seen a commercial list of countries that excludes the United States? It takes a Hamburger to make that happen.
