Bzgl der Kritik aus dem Titel: Ich nehme an, dass man aus Kostengründen keine native App entwickeln wollte und jetzt ein Produkt hat, das selbst auf einem iPhone 17 Pro bei der Benutzung ruckelt. Dafür, dass die App die reguläre HVV-App ersetzen soll, liegt mir der Fokus zudem zu sehr auf anderen Angeboten. Eine einfache Fahrplanauskunft oder ein Blick auf die gespeicherten Verbindungen ist dadurch unnötig komplizierter, auch wenn die Integration anderer Verkehrsmittel grundsätzlich natürlich eine super Sache ist. Features der Barrierefreiheit wie ein erhöhter Kontrast oder Dark Mode fehlen. Insgesamt hätten es mehrere verschiedene Apps hier meiner Meinung nach mehr getan. Dass die App eine derart schlechte Performance hat, ist für den ÖPNV der zweitgrößten Stadt Deutschlands meiner Meinung nach leider etwas peinlich, da muss dringend nachgebessert werden, die App ist ja gewissermaßen auch ein Aushängeschild für Touristen. **Developer response:** Hallo und vielen Dank für deine Bewertung! Du kannst deine Startseite schon jetzt mit Widgets individuell gestalten und an deine Bedürfnisse anpassen. ### 3/5 — An sich super! *2026-06-19* An sich ist die App super und einfach zu bedienen bis auf zwei kleine Punkte.. Ich mag die Funktion nicht, dass er per Standort die Verbindung inklusive Fußweg raussucht. Ich weiß schon wie lange ich zu meinen Haltestellen brauche, ansonsten würde ich es explizit so eintippen, von daher sehe ich nur Zeiten, wann ich losgehen müsste und nicht wann der Bus tatsächlich fährt. Schalte ich die Standort-Funktion aus, ploppt immer ein Feld VOR die Suchfelder, sodass die Suche für paar Sekunden blockiert ist und somit die eigentliche Funktion verhindert wird. Zweite störende Punkt ist, dass man zwischen rausgesuchter Verbindung und Ticket nicht wechseln kann. Man muss in der Verbindung komplett zurück gehen, um das Ticket zu öffnen und falls man sich die Verbindung wieder anzeigen lassen möchte, muss man die Suche erneut vornehmen. Since the buses would not accept cash or other forms of payment, I had to walk 30+ minutes to the nearest subway station to buy my day pass every day. Dass die eigene App der Hochbahn diese Verbindung nicht versteht (oder nicht programmiert wurde), ist mir ein absolutes Rätsel. Auch wenn man durch Barmbek schneller ist, empfiehlt der HVV, die ganze Alster zu umfahren. Warum? Es ist auch nicht bekannt, welche Züge durch Barmbek fahren. Einige tun dies. Wir prüfen, wie wir unsere Auskunft in Zukunft verbessern können. ### 2/5 — HVV Any *2025-10-29* Die HVV-Any-Abschaltung damit zu begründen, dass sie niemand nutzt, wirkt leider etwas komisch. Diese Option wurde überhaupt nicht vernünftig kommuniziert und beworben. Seit ich selbst zufällig in einer Sendung des Hamburg Journals von HVV Any erfahren und sofort benutzt hatte, habe ich immer wieder im Freundes- und Bekanntenkreis nachgefragt, ob jemand auch davon gehört habe. Es gab keinen einzigen. Das Deutschlandticket ist zwar eine gute Sache, aber, weil ein Abo, in keiner Weise als Alternative zu sehen. Hier hinkt der vorgebrachte Vergleich. Leider wird ein hochmodernes System wieder den alten Zöpfen geopfert. Für Nicht-Routine-Fahrten sollte es ein niederschwelliges leicht zugängliches System geben. Beispiel Japan: IC-Karten, die im ganzen Land nutzbar sind. In jeder Bahn oder jedem Bus melde ich mich beim Einsteigen im System an und beim Aussteigen ab und der Fahrpreis wird mir automatisch abgezogen. Ich muss mich um nichts kümmern. Inzwischen kann man auch noch in Geschäften, Kiosken, Getränkeautomaten etc. damit bezahlen. Außerdem konnte sich hvv Any in Konkurrenz zu Tageskarte und hvv Deutschlandticket nicht durchsetzen und rechtfertigt insgesamt die geringe Nutzung nicht. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-04-26* The English/North American version of the App does not work! You have to register and it will not accept any date of birth which for some reason must be entered. This is the case when going through visa or other payment methods. Hopefully will get a back button, or at least a home button to get back to the Home Screen sometime soon. Ist für mich wichtig, da mein Handy abends öfters mal leer ist und ich mit der Wallet-Integration über die Apple-Watch nicht ohne Fahrkarte dastehe… Witziger Weise wird in der Update-Beschreibung die Wallet-Integration noch nicht mal erwähnt, obwohl in zahlreichen Rezessionen von vielen seit langem gewünscht. Zu finden ist diese Funktion im Menü, dann Deutschland-Ticket, dann fast ganz unten. I guess that I have to click “Cancel ticket”? To me, these actions mean differently so should have two buttons.
