It keeps giving me an error message in different languages saying “network request failed.” Please either fix this app, or give it a new update to resolve this issue. It just keeps taking me to my status bar and I can't do anything with the app, I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, still doesn't work. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Impossible to use *2026-03-15, version 1.12* The app doesn’t fit onto an iPad screen so I couldn’t manage to create an account - so I downloaded it onto my Mac and tried there and couldn’t create an account even when I could get everything on the screen - I’ve given up ### 1/5 — Doesn’t support low vision iOS features *2023-11-03, version 1.11* I am incredibly disappointed by this app. if I use larger text, I cannot reach the button to create an account. The text for a lot of the input fields In account log in or creation is gray on white. Some of the text in this app is orange on white. It’s not possible to put this in any kind of a dark mode. This app is made by people making access technology for low vision and blind people but it clearly was not built for that purpose. I can’t even use smart invert to invert the colors on the phone to make this better. I think the content of the app could be incredibly useful, but I can’t see how a less savvy low vision person could have even created an account and using it with that bright white screen gives me an eye strain headache. There’s only one small complaint when creating an account. That is to check the box that says that you agree to the terms and conditions that human wear has laid out and the user agreement. In order to get around this, I had to turn off voiceover and then check the box. Once I found that it was checked, I turn voiceover back on. Would you be able to fix this in another update?
