I have emailed them and texted them and no one answers. This is clearly not a real banking app. ### 1/5 — The worse bank ever!!! *2024-01-21, version 3.6.5* Absolutely the worse bank ever!!! The very first time I loaded $450 on to my account I used it twice and they locked my account for fraudulent activity. They said I had to verify my identity sending my I.D in I did that still no access to my account . I deposited some money into this account and now I’m unable to use it. The card doesn’t work, I started a transfer from this account to another one and I’m still waiting for the process to be complete. I have called several times to their customer service phone number and no one answered. I sent some emails and messages by WhatsApp but no answer. I will surely report this to some gov agencies. I don't know how they are still operating because this is a scam, so don't use this app do yourself a favor. ### 1/5 — Fraud and a scam *2023-08-01* Stay away! It’s a scam I deposited money into my account for it to only be hoarded there! The virtual card does not work at all! And when you try to call the 844 number they literally hang up on you EVERYTIME! This is we’re they “ put banking first” I can’t even get access to my funds and after days of email communication still no resolution! There’s text that says “sign up” and an arrow, but nothing clickable. ### 1/5 — App keeps crashin on login *2024-05-12, version 3.7.18* Every time I try to login the app keeps crashing. I put an incorrect pin three times, and they asked me to call their support. I called several times and they hang after 5 minutes of waiting, their whatsapp number is not responsive. I'm glad I only had a few dollars in this account!! Then I get a message saying my account is blocked. I will be pursuing legal action if y’all don’t unlock my account. My paycheck is supposed to be deposited tonight and I live paycheck to paycheck so I can’t afford not to have access to it. ### 1/5 — DONT USE THIS APP IT IS TERRIBLE *2024-02-05, version 3.7.13* customer service is non existent, call their 1800 number and find out for yourself. Do yourself a favor and do not use this fake banking platform. They steal your money and do not help their current customers not by phone not by email not by whatsapp it is just beyond despicable. I really tried to give them a shot with involving them in my finances and they have let me down again and again and AGAIN. I will be writing a government agency that can regulate that oversees their license because it needs to be pulled and shut down! Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life, and I’ve banked with a handful amount of institutions.
