I tried using this app over a couple of days in Harare but it never worked and always prompted me to “retry.”

I tried ordering over and over again as there was a cab close to me 
They don’t come. 
I don’t know what kind of service you deliver but reliability is not one of them. 
I decided to try out your service when I really needed a ride but no one came through

Driver was on time though my flight was delayed. Great service and I intend on using them again.

Update - did another trip with Hwindi, excellent customer service. 

I highly recommend their services.
